I’m Ashton. A Calgary-based graphic designer and creative strategist with a love for all things handmade. When I’m not designing brands, logos, or websites, you’ll likely find me with a crochet hook in hand, a sewing needle at my side, or lost in a fiber arts project. I’m a "ho of all hobbies", equally obsessed with crafting, knitting, crocheting, sewing, 3D modeling, and photography.
But here’s the thing: my passion for design started just as young as my love for crafts. I was the kid editing photos in Picnik (RIP), adding graphics and playing with colours before I even knew what a “graphic designer” was. After high school, I pursued my love for design at Edmonton Digital Arts College (EDAC) and graduated in 2017. Since then, I’ve worked as an in-house designer, a freelancer, an agency designer, and even a creative business owne; always bringing a hands-on, craft-first approach to my work.
Today, I create branding, motion, web, and packaging designs that feel human, intentional, and full of personality. No AI shortcuts, no generic templates—just real artistry, strategic thinking, and a whole lot of caffeine. I work with Calgary businesses, charities, shops, and restaurants that value creativity, craftsmanship, and the human touch.
In my 30s, I’m embracing my fully weird and creative self, and I’m here to help you do the same. Let’s make something bold, unforgettable, and uniquely yours.
